Carbon Reduction Ventures Pty Ltd (CRV) is a Perth based company formed in 2010 to deliver advanced renewable energy projects. Its management team has significant experience and an international track record in power generation, energy, research and commercialization.

Robert Coltrona (Managing Director and Founder)

Robert is a successful business leader with a pragmatic approach to problem solving. He has specialist knowledge and expertise in business start-ups, commercialisation and intellectual property management, and over the past 5 years has established significant experience in assessment and development of renewable energy projects.

Robert has a thorough understanding of business operations, from start-ups, financial management, and stock control to the management of IT systems.  He has held executive management roles in research centres, a public listed company and an academic institution. Robert has first-hand experience in capital raising and ASX listing of a public company in the bio-technology sector.

Robert is passionate about renewable energy and making CRV the provider of cost competitive low carbon solutions across energy intensive industries, with commercially robust proposals.

Harsh Grover (Director and Co-Founder)

Harsh is a management professional with experience and expertise in strategic planning, business development, project planning, project execution, training, coaching and mentoring. Harsh has worked in Operations and Project Management in the marine and power industry since the early 1980s.

Harsh has also been involved in a number of renewable energy proposals for the mid-west of Western Australia and has a deep understanding of the issues related to the uptake of renewable energy in Western Australia.

Robert Willes (Director and Co-Founder)

Robert has a real passion for discovering new investment opportunities and turning them from talk into reality.  His focus is on renewable energy ventures and in the oil and gas space where he can bring leadership and strategic insight to bear to make a real difference by delivering transformational results.

Robert spent 24 years with BP where he built up extensive international experience in oil, gas and energy and was a member of the company’s “fast track” development programme. As an entrepreneurial senior commercial leader, strategic thinker and tactical dealmaker he was responsible for numerous deals such as divestments, farm-ins, asset swaps, new acreage bids, unitizations, gas and LNG sales, creating billions of dollars of value for BP.

Bruce Ritchie (Business Development Manager)

Mr Ritchie is a highly skilled business professional with over 20 years of broadly based, domestic and international business experience, predominantly within the energy (electricity and oil & gas), mining and related industries.

His capabilities include business and project development, strategy formulation, policy development and response. He has formal qualifications in Commerce and Law and was previously employed by the power retailer Synergy as the Manager of Strategy and Planning and prior to that as the Manager of Business Development.
